Monday 


 6pm to 7pm - Rick Bootcamp (*details below)


7pm to 8pm - TRX Class (10 week block £50 for the block in advance message us for more info)



Tuesday


11am to 12pm - Rick Strength Circuits (£5 per class pay as you go first come first served 12 in class maximum)


6pm to 7pm - Sarah Sunshine Yoga (Sarah Redmond contact sarahredmond777@hotmail.com)


7.30pm to 8.30pm - Sarah Sunshine Yoga



Wednesday


10.30am to 11.30am - TRX Class (details above)


2pm to 3pm - Ollie Circuits Class £5 pay on arrival


6pm to 7pm - Rick Bootcamp



Thursday 


12pm to 1pm - Rick's Boxercise Class.  This is bookable for 10 weeks in a block  in advance for £5 per session


6pm to 7pm - Zumba with Smee


7.30pm to 8.30pm - Latin Fitness with Harriet £8 per class



Friday


5pm to 6pm - Latin Fitness with Harriet £8 per class

6pm to 7pm - Rick Bootcamp

7pm to 8pm - TRX Class (details above)



Saturday 


8.30am to 9.30am - Sarah Sunshine Yoga


11am to 12pm - Rick's Boxercise Class.  This is bookable for 10 weeks in a block  in advance for £5 per session (£50 total).


Sunday


9am to 10am - Rick Bootcamp


*for Rick's bootcamps please contact us for payment details.  2 classes a week are £30 a  month and more than 2 is £40 a month
